Where are you located?

We have distribution centers strategically placed to provide efficient delivery nationwide, however our offices are based in Delaware. 

Do you install?

We do not provide installation services. In the near future, we hope to have a list of approved installers to further assist our clients.

Can you do a walkthrough for measurements at the jobsite?

We do not provide this service. Please see this link (...) for tips on how to measure your opening.

What is your standard lead time?

Lead times for doors will vary based on manufacturing backlogs, capabilities and order requirements. Please see our list of factory lead times here.

For hardware, most hardware on the website is available for same day shipping from distribution centers for orders prior to 2:00pm EST. For members of our “VIP” program, the same day shipping deadline is extended to 4:00 PM EST.

What is your return policy?

Can I pick up the order from the warehouse?

We do not provide this service. However, we will happily coordinate delivery of your doors and hardware products to a location of your choice.

What forms of payment does MyDoorLocks accept?

We accept all major credit cards (processing fees may apply), ACH and electronic wire transfers.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order policy. For large orders contact us for the possibility of volume based discounts.

Do you accept purchase orders and offer terms?

We currently do not accept purchase orders nor offer terms. 

Do you offer pre-hung door units?

We do not currently offer pre-hung units at this time.

Do you pre-install hardware on doors?
We currently do not offer pre-installation of hardware on doors. However, we are quickly growing and expanding into many facets of our industry and expanding our manufacturing capabilities for our customers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on our rapidly growing business.

Do you offer custom size doors & frames?

Yes! We offer a full line of custom 18 gauge hollow metal doors as well as 16 gauge frames. We hope to expand this line of available doors to include additional varieties of hollow metal doors, wood doors, and aluminum doors in the near future. What is your turn around time for custom orders?

Can I buy a fire label by itself?

Fire doors are labeled by approved manufacturers that have been certified by approved listing agencies. Fire doors must be labeled from the manufacturer or certified in the field by approved listing agencies and cannot be sold individually.

How will my order be shipped?

MyDoorLocks.com uses a variety of trusted less-than-truckload(LTL) and last-mile delivery services to get the products you need, where you need them. Carriers we use vary based on freight-rates and customer delivery preferences at the time of purchase. MyDoorLocks provides the most economical shipping methods available based on the customer’s delivery preferences.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are time sensitive and will vary depending on customer delivery preferences at the time of purchase.

Are installation instructions provided?

Most hardware products are provided with instructions, but not frames and doors. For Resources on how to measure and install replacement doors and frames, see our Resources section.

Can I modify an order?

If the modifications are requested after factory fabrication has begun, a new order will be required. If an order is in fabrication and the modifications have no impact on the door fabrication, the modifications may be accepted. These modifications may impact the final price. If the modifications take place prior to fabrication, then the modifications will be accepted and the final price adjusted. 

Is there a warranty available?

We honor the factory warranty on all products we sell. For warranty claims email us at customerservice@mydoorlocks.com with a factory RMA# and we will contact you with further information on how to proceed with your warranty claim. 

What if I cannot find the item I am looking for?

If you are unable to find the item you are looking for on our website please let us know! Our relationships with manufacturers allow us to order millions more products directly from the source to you. We are available 24/7 via email at sales@mydoorlocks.com.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Currently we do not accept orders over the phone. However we are available 24/7 via our email at customerservice@mydoorlocks.com.

Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?

We sell to both residential and commercial customers. For wholesale pricing on larger orders, reach out to us at sales@mydoorlocks.com

What do I do if I receive damaged items?

While it is our goal to deliver every customer’s order with no damage, things happen. If your delivery is delivered damaged in any way, MDL recommends refusing the delivery from the delivery carrier and filing a claim with the carrier and MDL as fast as possible. Claims filed more than 48 hours after the delivery has been received by the carrier are subject to being denied.
